Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Oguta, Imo State. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
