Bakery assistant wanted in Kajola

Join our team: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Kajola, Oyo State. The role involves: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. ₦220,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
