Cook wanted in Sakaba

Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Sakaba, Kebbi State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Rotating shifts.
