Plant operator — Trinity County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Trinity County, Texas. The job is in a CNC machine shop. What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills On a typical shift you will monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
