Requirements: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Day-to-day duties: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
