Now hiring: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Saki West, Oyo State. You will be based at a busy machine shop. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges On a typical shift you will measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; write and edit G-code programs at the control; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear.
