Cake decorator • Shomgom, Gombe State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Shomgom, Gombe State. On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
