Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Nye County, Nevada. Your main tasks: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Season and marinate meat on request Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Full-time, day shift.
