Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On the job you will handle: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Full-time with occasional weekends.
