Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Baure, Katsina State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
