Immediate opening: confectioner (Borno State)

Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Chibok, Borno State. On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₦160,000 per project, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
