Oven operator • Madobi, Kano State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Madobi, Kano State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Full-time with occasional weekends.
