Join our team: deboner (Ekiti State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Ikole, Ekiti State. You will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry ₦5,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
