Brickwork mason — Rabah

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Rabah, Sokoto State. You will be based on a new-build development. Day to day you will cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts. Requirements: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) 6+ years on the tools preferred.
