Head butcher — Sakaba

Join our team: we are hiring a head butcher in Sakaba, Kebbi State. You will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
