Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Coleman County, Texas. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
