Horticulturist — Ini

Great opportunity: we are hiring a horticulturist in Ini, Akwa Ibom State. The job is in a botanical garden. On a typical shift you will dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads. Requirements: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
