Join our team: renovation plasterer (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in Freestone County, Texas. You will be based on a busy domestic building site. What we are looking for: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Day to day you will tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
