Now hiring: we are hiring a halal butcher in Bichi, Kano State. You will work in a meat processing plant. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day-to-day duties: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Part-time with flexible hours.
