Fine-dining server wanted in Shelby County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Shelby County, Texas. You will work in a five-star hotel. Day to day you will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; check back during the meal and handle special requests; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
