Head butcher wanted in Schuylkill County

Now hiring: we are hiring a head butcher in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
