The role involves: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 2+ years on the tools preferred.
