Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts On a typical shift you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place.
