Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Ngala, Borno State. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day to day you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; degrease and clean metal parts before coating.
