Prep cook — Jhargram

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Jhargram, West Bengal. On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. We are looking for able to read and follow recipes and dockets; 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen; able to stand for long shifts and work in heat. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
