Immediate opening: earthmoving equipment operator (Ohio)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Jackson County, Ohio. The job is at a road and highway construction project. The role involves work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly. You should have: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
