We are recruiting: ladle pourer (Delta State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Burutu, Delta State. The job is on the moulding line. Day to day you will cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle. You should have: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
