Urgent requirement: we are hiring a counter butcher in Miami-Dade County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
