Short order cook wanted in Grant County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Grant County, Oklahoma. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
