Kitchen cook • Hooker County, Nebraska

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Hooker County, Nebraska. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Meals and transport allowance provided.
