The role involves check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates. Ideal candidate: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
