Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Hong, Adamawa State. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
