Ironing operator wanted in Lee County

Join our team: we are hiring an ironing operator in Lee County, Illinois. You will work in a garment export house. What we are looking for: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work The role involves: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts Full-time with occasional weekends.
