Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Llano County, Texas. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
