Vacancy available: we are hiring a gatehouse guard in Oju, Benue State. You will be based at a shopping mall. Day-to-day duties: • Log every visitor and vehicle in the duty register • Operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out • Frisk people and run bag checks at the entry point • Operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door • Detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience as a security guard • Clean police verification with no criminal record Overtime paid at a premium rate.
