Horizontal milling machine operator — Igabi

Now hiring: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Igabi, Kaduna State. You will work in a CNC machining unit. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron The role involves: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter 2+ years on the tools preferred.
