Meat trimmer — Klamath County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Klamath County, Oregon. The job is in a meat processing plant. The role involves keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Part-time with flexible hours.
