Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Utah County, Utah. The job is at a powder coating unit. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime You will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
