Commis chef wanted in Defiance County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Defiance County, Ohio. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
