Paint booth operator — Biase

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Biase, Cross River State. The job is at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 3+ years on the tools preferred.
