Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Katagum, Bauchi State. Day to day you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Pay around ₦120,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
