Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
