Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Aiyedade, Osun State. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials ₦110,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
