Dough maker wanted in Kent County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Kent County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
