Café server • Chibok, Borno State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a café server in Chibok, Borno State. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. On a typical shift you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); check back during the meal and handle special requests; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Full-time with occasional weekends.
