Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Datia, Madhya Pradesh. Ideally you have sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. Day to day you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer ₹29,500 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
