Urgent requirement: pastry baker (Adamawa State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Jada, Adamawa State. You will work at a busy bakery. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking 5+ years on the tools preferred.
