Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Thurston County, Washington. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
