Hand presser wanted in Lane County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hand presser in Lane County, Oregon. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. Requirements: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory You will fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing.
