Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Binji, Sokoto State. The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
